I have taken the difficult decision to suspend all international shipping until Royal Mail fix the damage caused by the cyber attack. They are still not accepting any international orders and we have received no updates as to when the situation might change. There are courier options but they are expensive and I am unable to offer them for free on orders over £100. All existing international orders have been sent by courier today to clear my backlog. Thank you to everyone for your amazing patience.
Update 20th Jan 2023.
Royal Mail were hit by a cyber attack on January 10th which is effecting overseas mail. They suspended all outgoing mail from the 12th January and I have not been able to purchase international postal labels since then. They have been very lapse in keeping everyone informed but there is hopefully an end in sight. They have started to tackle the backlog and are now accepting letters. Fingers crossed that I will finally be able to send all of my outstanding international parcel orders early next week. Thank you to everyone for your continued patience and understanding.
