Vintage 1920's Silver Pip, Squeak and Wilfred Disc Charm

A vintage 1920's English solid silver cut out disc charm of Pip the dog, Squeak the penguin and Wilfred the rabbit from the newspaper cartoon strip Pip, Squeak & Wilfred. 

It measures 21mm (13/16ths of an inch) in diameter, excluding the suspension bale, and weighs 2.2 grammes. Marked STERLING SILVER along with the design registration number 677150 which dates to 1920. There is very light surface wear but overall very good condition just slightly tarnished.
