A vintage 1950's English 9ct gold charm of a clog with a sailor and a lady sitting on the front, the man’s head can be moved to make him turn to kiss the lady.
It measures 17mm (11/16ths of an inch) by 13mm (1/2 an inch) and weighs 3.5 grammes. Fully hallmarked for Birmingham but the date letter is obscured. I would date this piece to the late 1950’s. There is wear to the enamel decoration on the people but otherwise very good condition.
