Antique Edwardian c1905 9ct Gold Shoe Charm

An antique Edwardian c1905 9ct gold shoe charm with double bow decoration and a blue cloth lining. A rare survivor.

It measures 22mm (7/8ths of an inch) by 9mm (3/16ths of an inch) and weighs 0.5 grammes. Marked 9CT on a tiny plaque underneath. The blue cloth is worn and there is some missing from the toe area. There is a tiny blob of solder on the side of the shoe but otherwise it is in very good condition. This piece has a yellow gold wash which has worn in places so the rose gold is showing through underneath.
