Antique Edwardian c1910 Silver & Pale Green Enamel Dog Clip Fastener - For Hanging Fobs & Charms

A small antique Edwardian c1910 silver and pale green guilloche enamel dog clip fastener, perfect for hanging fobs and charms from a necklace chain or long guard. A lovely unusual model.

It measures 18mm (6/8ths of an inch) by 7mm (2/8ths of an inch) and weighs 0.9 grammes. Unmarked but tested as at least 800 grade silver with a secure closure. The clip is in very good condition but the enamel does have some surface chips though no loss of colour. The whole piece is quite tarnished.
