Vintage 1970's 9ct Gold Gem Set Heart Charm Spells “DEAREST”

A vintage 1970's English 9ct gold heart charm or pendant set with real gem stones. The first letter of each gem spells DEAREST. The stones are a diamond, emerald (chip to top), amethyst, ruby, emerald (cracked), sapphire and a tourmaline.
It measures 19mm (6/8ths of an inch) by 17mm (11/16ths of an inch) and weighs 1 gramme. Fully hallmarked on the bale for 9ct gold but the assay and date marks are too small to make out. Other than the damage to the two emeralds, as mentioned above, it is in very good condition.
