Antique Edwardian Brass Miniature Cape Town Postcard Charm

An antique Edwardian brass charm with a miniature souvenir plastic coated postcard, back and front, for Cape Town Devil’s Peak. The postmark is for 1904. Super rare piece and one of a pair I currently have listed.

It measures 22mm (7/8ths of an inch) by 14mm (9/16ths of an inch), excluding the suspension bale. The plastic coating is coming away from the cardboard on the back, there is some discolouration and there is glue visible. Still a lovely miniature piece and so hard to find today.
