Antique Victorian c1900 Articulated 9ct Gold Punch on a Pole Charm

An antique Victorian c1900 9ct gold charm of Punch with articulated arms and legs so he can perform acrobatics up and down the pole. The head & body are hollow cast, the arms & legs are flat with hand engraved detailing. A wonderfully quirky little piece.

It measures 34mm (1 inch 5/16ths) by 5mm (3/16ths of an inch) and weighs 1.7 grammes. Unmarked but all parts have been tested as 9ct gold and it is in full working order. There are a few spots of lead solder at the joints but otherwise all in very good condition. It originally had a yellow gold wash but this has worn on the raised parts to show rose gold underneath.
