Small Antique Victorian c1890's Silver Pave Set Turquoise Charm

A small antique Victorian c1890's silver and base metal domed half circle pave set with turquoise. I assume this was a stick pin, button or cuff link that has been converted (not by me) some time ago. Still a very pretty piece. 

It measures 12mm (1/2 an inch) in diameter and weighs 2.6 grammes. It is unmarked but the front and the flower shaped section test as sterling silver. The round section backing the turquoise is only base metal. It is all in very good condition and a super colour.
